We insure all packages that are sent out priority mail. Any breakage, we ask you to take the package back to your local post office for them to refund your broken item back to you.
All other packages that go out 1st class are not insured and we ask you to return that broken item back to us at your cost. If we don't have a replacement for that item, we will refund your money once we receive the broken item.
